Lavelle Construction has been family owned and operated since 1976. Chuck Lavelle began with a small ranch style house in Palm Beach Gardens, and expanded the Company to build model and custom homes in communities such as PGA National, Breakers West, Frenchman’s Creek, Jupiter Hills and Seminole Landing.
Cousins, Cal Lavelle and Ron Palladino started with the company from the ground up. Both worked summer jobs as carpenters, then after college, began working as superintendents. Now as owners of the company, Cal and Ron not only meet with the clients, architects and designers, but they are actively involved in every job to ensure the highest quality work is being performed on each project.
Over the years, Lavelle has expanded its building styles to incorporate everything from traditional to contemporary architecture and interiors. They have also expanded the type and size of homes being built to include everything from interior renovations and additions to custom homes over 30,000 square feet.
Lavelle relies mainly on word of mouth advertising, from their many satisfied customers, to continue getting jobs within these communities. Their multiple repeat customers over the years reinforce their dedication to customer satisfaction.
Lavelle Construction is the only original preferred builder remaining in both Frenchman’s Creek and The Bear’s Club, both very prominent developments within Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens. This type of staying power has helped solidify their reputation for the highest quality custom homes throughout South Florida.
